Edinburgh Podiatry Clinic was established in 2002 and is located at Medicalternative, a prestigious private clinic, set in the beautiful Dean Village on the edge of the Water of Leith.
Podiatry (also known as chiropody) is the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and other disorders of the feet. Podiatrists are highly skilled health professionals who have been trained to prevent, diagnose, treat and rehabilitate abnormal conditions of the feet and lower limbs. They also prevent and correct deformity, keep people mobile and active, relieve pain and treat infections.

At the Edinburgh Podiatry Clinic all our Podiatrists are HPC registered with a BSc in Podiatry from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. We review our professional development on a continual basis ensuring our skills and knowledge base is up to date. We will diagnose, treat and advise you on any foot and gait related issues. Often we work in conjunction with Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Doctors, Surgeons and other Health professionals.

Donna Boyd & Angela Brown studied together at Queen Margaret. Both running their own podiatry clinics in East and West Lothian before taking over at the Edinburgh Podiatry Clinic. Angela and Donna both work in the clinic as well as doing home visits.
Associates:
Alison Kerr, BSc Pod, MChS. Alison provides home visits to patients that are unable to attend the clinic. Alison provides the same level of care in your home environment that you would receive in clinic. Andy Paul, BSc Pod, MChS. Andy has worked at EPC since he qualified.
